The Blix & Vega Collected Edition Kickstarter has entered its final 4 days with 300% funding! Wow!! To celebrate, here’s the final finished versions of the official linocut prints for the campaign in the Bi and Lesbian pride colors! These prints are only available through the duration of the Kickstarter, though they are available both with and without purchasing a copy of the comic itself.
If you’re interested, make sure to grab one before it’s too late!
The book itself will feature a risqué t&a cover hidden behind a tasteful Risograph printed bellyband, for both dynamic viewing purposes and to preserve the modesty of your smut bookshelf.
Following the sexxxy adventures of the titular Blix (thembo metalhead) and Vega (moody emokid) as they have sex with eachother, the genre of this comic can best be described as kind of an erotic slapstick. Check out the campaign page itself for more examples of that.
In addition to just the printed comic itself, the main thing I’m offering through the Kickstarter other than the comic itself is this limited edition linocut block print of our main duo! It’s available both as an addition to the book and by itself, and comes in multiple colors, so that even old fans not interested in purchasing the comic itself again have new exclusive Blix & Vega content they can access through this campaign. (The above images are simulations, the actual print is still in progress.)
My friend Mark Bouchard (It Took Luke, Leaf Peepers) and I made an 8-page Hellraiser fancomic, with them writing and me drawing! UNWOUND is an Extremely Gorey tale of two lovers deciding to meet the parents and discovering just how badly that can go.
Previously only available on my Patreon and in person at shows, it is now available for sale as both a digital pdf via my itch.io account and as a physical zine through my shop.
In addition to the comic launch, I have also updated the Viscous Discharge Press store to include more prints! If there’s anything there you’re wanting to grab why not pick it up with a copy of the Hellraiser Unwound zine? 😉
I’m very excited to share this one with you all. It marks the end of the “opening” section of Hole, and after this we can start drilling down into what this thing is actually about. Sorry, I made this about drilling hole. I’m sorry.
Another thing I wanted to mention because I think I have neglected to outside of my socials (my bad! still getting used to this) is that as well as Hole updates and prints mailed to you on my Patreon I also have a series of pup play human pets based around different dog breeds up for the NSFW tiers. Here’s a little sample if that’s the kind of thing you’re interested in:
There are several prints and stickers up over there for which this will be the first time they’re listed for sale online, such as the Psyclops Pslayer block print. Get it while you can!
In non-comics news I’ve been putting more prints and some stickers up for sale over at Viscous Discharge Press.
Be there or have less brain-related imagery in your household!
Some final bits of housekeeping are that I got a bluesky and a cohost, and that while neither of them have much on them at the moment I am planning on beefing them up here soon once I’ve got a minute. And if you hate the internet and are ONLY interested in seeing me in person, I’m pleased to announce that I’ll be at both SPX in DC and the Punk Rock Flea Market in Tulsa this September, but I’ll be back with more information on those as we get closer to the events.
I finally set up another online store to sell physical goods through! Introducing Viscous Discharge Press!
I have zines up there for five comics–all drawn by me, with four of them also written by me and one written by Adam V Massimiano (that one’s Death-Tell Clicker). All of them are black and white interiors with color block printing on the covers. This is my first time doing mixed media zines like this and I’m pretty excited about it!
Excitingly, this also means both issues of my erotic comic Blix & Vega are now available in print for the first time! I know a few people were asking me if I’d ever have it available in print, and now the answer is yes!
Right now all that’s available through the site is zines, but I’ve been working a lot with linoblock printing lately as you can see and I’m hoping to start selling block prints and original ink drawings and stickers and the like through the site before too much longer.
It has been a busy month for me! As you may be able to tell, I remade this website! I also have a couple comics coming out.
Hole has launched! Finally! I’ve been working on this comic pretty tirelessly since 2020 and I’m really excited to start showing it to everyone. It follows 27-year-old Jane Nowak as she attempts to figure out what actually happened to her childhood best friend Nat when Nat’s ghost begins haunting her. It’s my first real foray into long-form horror and I’m excited to flex some muscles I don’t usually get to use that much. Five pages have gone up onto the site today and from now on it’ll update with a new page every Monday, with pages going up a week early on my Patreon and breaks between chapters. I’ve really put a lot of myself into this one, I hope everyone enjoys it!
Also launched this month is the second issue of my heretofore Patreon-exclusive erotic comic, Blix & Vega! PDFs of both XXXercise and Work From Home are available on my itch.io store.
Blix & Vega is my hands down my most fun project I’ve made in recent memory, centering on the sexy hijinks of Blix the metalhead thembo and Vega the bossy emo as they both annoy and have sex with each other. So little WLW porn out there actually appeals to my transmasc butch sensibilities so I wanted to try my hand at it and I’m pretty happy with the results. More granular content labels can be found on their individual listings (Work From Home here, XXXercise here) but they can be bought together for a slight discount if you click here.
With all that said, I didn’t really have time to draw any seasonal illustrations this year and I’m kind of sad about it. Have this one from last year to tide us both over until next year.
